BLOCK ZHAMBYL

located in the northern part of the Kazakhstani sector of the Caspian Sea, 50 kilometers from the coast in an area of high environmental requirements. The sea freezes in winter. Kashagan, Kalamkas-sea, Meruert offshore explorations are conducted in the immediate vicinity.

BLOCK BEYNEU

JSC «NC «KazMunaiGas» and Kazakhstani company LLP «SGT Kazakhstan» signed a Memorandum of understanding to assess the petroleum potential of the block Beyneu in Mangistau region of the Republic of Kazakhstan with a view to a possible joint prospecting.
The probability distribution of oil and gas reserves in depth is expected in the range of depths from 500 m to 4500 m, which will allow the flexibility to plan their development, depending on the ratio of the cost price to the price of oil.
The presence of the neighboring district with the developed oil and gas infrastructure creates favorable conditions for logistics and sales.
